Payments

For ALL reservations made within 48 hours of arrival, guests need to provide payment and identification during normal business hours from 9 am - 5 pm.

 

Lake Front Townhouses = $500 Deposit Due At The Time Reservation Is Booked.  The Balance Is Then Due No Later Than 4 Weeks Prior To Arrival Date                                                   

Log House, Deer Run Ridge House and Dresser House = $1000 Deposit Due At The Time Reservation Is Booked.  The Balance Is Then Due No Later Than 8 Weeks Prior To Arrival Date

 

We require $500 down payment/deposit for Lake Front Townhouses and $1000 down payment/deposit for the Log House, Deer Run Ridge House and Dresser House due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment or the balance is due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to arrival date for the Lake Front Townhouses.   Full payment or balance due a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival date for the Log House, Dresser House and Deer Run.  We will need your credit card number and billing address that is listed for the credit card being charged. There is a $25 fee if your credit card is declined. Giving us your credit card for reservations, automatically gives Log Gables permission to charge your credit card for any damage that occurs during your stay. The individual that places the reservation is also responsible for all individuals in property and pets during your stay at Log Gables properties.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are required for all Log Gables properties for larger groups and groups of ages 18-21 years old.  The security deposit ranges from $500-$2000 depending on the property rented. 

Cancellations

ALL WISCONSIN Log Gables Properties:  If reservation is cancelled 8 weeks or less prior to arrival date there is NO REFUND. If cancelled 8 weeks or more before arrival date there is a $500 cancellation fee. No cancellation refund if booked on ANY special promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing.  

ALL FLORIDA Log Gables Properties:  If reservation is cancelled 8 weeks  or less prior to arrival date there is NO REFUND.  If cancelled 8 weeks or more before arrival date there is a $1000 cancellation fee.  No cancellation refund if booked on ANY special promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing.

Taxes and Fees

Tax is not included in the property rate, the sales and resort tax rate is 12.25% which will be added to the rate.  There is facility fee of $24 per night plus tax. 

WiFi 

WiFi is available in all Log Gables properties, log-in and password available at the property rented.

Grilling

We do have charcoal grills available at the Lake Front Townhouse.  The Log House, Dresser House and Deer Run Ridge have a gas grill.

No Smoking

ALL Log Gables properties are Non-Smoking. If smoke in our properties or in garage a $2000 cleaning fee will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In Time is 3 pm and Check-Out Time is 10:30 am.  For the Deer Run Ridge House Check-In Time is 4 pm.

Pet Fee

$200 Per Pet/Per Stay on select Log Gables Properties.  The Log House, Dresser House and the Deer Run Ridge House DO NOT allow pets.  Violation of this restriction will result in an extra $2000 deep cleaning fee.

Parking

Please be respectful to the NO PARKING signs near the garbage areas. There is a $200 fine if Waste Management is unable to service the dumpsters if a vehicle is blocking that area. Each Lake Front Townhouse is limited to no more than 3 parking stalls for each townhouse and then the 1 car garage so a total of 4 spaces. Log House guests please park appropriately and not near the garbage area.

Cleaning Fee

Cleaning fees for Log Gables properties range from $200-$600 per property.

Grocery List Shopping

$100 shopping fee plus the cost of groceries. Send us your list and we will shop for you!

Damages

Any damages occurring during your stay will automatically be added to your bill and charged to your credit card. If you find anything broken when you check-in please inform Log Gables within 2 hours of checking into the property. We do check all properties prior to guests checking-in so it is perfect to our knowledge. Please let us know if we missed anything.

To Avoid A $500 Cleaning Fee, Before You Leave The Property Please Follow The Checklist Below:

  • Lake Front Townhouse, take ALL garbage out to the brown fenced garbage bin area located by Lake Front Townhouse Unit 101
  • Dresser House, take all garbage out to the fenced in garbage area near the driveway.
  • Log House, take all garbage out to the fenced in garbage area .
  • Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start. We have provided the dish washing detergent.
  • If you have moved any furniture, please put it back as you found it.
  • Keep the outside of property free of debris and trash.
  • Keep the property nice, we provide cleaning supplies, mop, vacuum etc...

 

Maid Service

Lake Front Townhouse and Log House = $50 basic each day or $100 for full service upon request.

Dresser House, Deer Run Ridge House = $125 basic fee each day or  $200 for full service upon request.

We do a complete cleaning after check-out.
