DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS:
Deposit due at the time reservation is booked, which is 50% of the total rental. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date and will be processed on the same card provided at the time of the reservation. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. A valid credit card will remain on file for all reservations.
If the balance due is not paid at the due date, Log Gables has the right to cancel the reservation with no refund and put back in inventory to be available for a rental.
*ALL reservations over $1000 do require a state/government issued photo ID and the name has to match the credit card used for payment.
For ALL reservations made within 48 hours of arrival, guests need to provide payment and identification during normal business hours from 9am-5pm .
*Giving Log Gables your credit card for reservations, automatically gives Log Gables permission to charge your credit card for any damage that occurs during your stay. The individual that places the reservation is also responsible for all individuals in property and pets during your stay at Log Gables properties.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the event you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less the service fee of $200 for the Lake Front Townhouses and the Mirror Lake House and $500 for the Log House, Dresser House and Deer Run Estate Property, provided your request is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 45 days notice is given, there will be NO REFUND. For Airbnb cancellations, please refer to their site for cancellation policy. Airbnb cancellations must be completed through Airbnb. No cancellation refund if booked on ANY special promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
Security deposits are required for all Log Gables properties for larger groups. The security deposit ranges from $1000-$5000 depending on the property rented.
TAXES and FEES:
Tax is not included in the property rate, the sales and resort tax rate is 12.25% which will be added to the rate for all Wisconsin properties.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-In Time is 3 pm and Check-Out Time is 10:00 am. Early and late arrivals must be arranged in advance and approved by management. Early check-in time is not guaranteed during the prime season. Extended check-out times are not allowed during the peak season. Please inquire in advance at Log Gables office.
**Extended check-out time needs to be approved by management, if available. If extended check-out time not approved, and guest does not check-out by 10:30 am the guest will be charged a fee of $200 for every hour after 10:30 am.
ALL Log Gables properties are NO SMOKING of ANY kind, (which includes cigarette, marijuana, pipe and vaping). If smoke in our properties or in garages a $2000 cleaning fee will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.
DAMAGES:
Any damage of property or extra cleaning time on messes left after departure will automatically be added to your bill and charged to your credit card. If you find anything broken when you check-in please inform Log Gables within 2 hours of checking into the property. We do check all properties prior to guests checking-in. Please let us know if we missed anything.
PARKING:
Please be respectful to the NO PARKING signs near the garbage areas. There is a $200 fine if Waste Management is unable to service the dumpsters if a vehicle is blocking that area.
Each Lake Front Townhouse is limited to no more than 3 parking areas for each townhouse including the 1 car garage, behind the garage and another space in the parking lot. Additional parking is available about a block away at the public boat launch for Lake Delton on the corner of East Adams Street and Canyon Road.
Log House and Dresser House guests please park appropriately and not near the garbage area or on the grass. Approximately 8-10 parking spaces available.
Deer Run Estate has 8 parking spaces and a 3 car garage. Please do not park on the grass or on the frontage road.
KITCHENS:
All properties have a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, cooking/baking utensils, serving dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, toaster, blender, crockpot, coffee pot etc...
PET FEE:
Pets are NOT allowed at any Log Gables Properties in Wisconsin. Violation of this restriction will result in an extra $2000 deep cleaning fee.
CLEANING:
Cleaning fees for Log Gables properties range from $300-$1000 per property.
The cleaning fee does NOT include washing dishes, picking up trash/debris, rearranging furniture or cleaning up bodily fluids of any sort. We do supply garbage bags, liquid dish soap and dishwashing pods for the dishwasher.
Also provided are basic cleaning supplies in each property such as mop, vacuum and broom.

MAID SERVICE:
If you would like to request daily cleaning services, rates listed below.
Lake Front Townhouse, Log House = $125 basic each day or $200 for full service upon request.
Dresser House, Deer Run Estate = $200 basic fee each day or $300 for full service upon request.
We do a complete cleaning after every check-out.
WI-FI:
Wi-Fi is available in all Log Gables properties, log-in and password available at the property rented.
GRILLING:
We do have charcoal grills available at the Lake Front Townhouses and Log House. The Log House, Dresser House and Deer Run Estate and properties all have a gas grill.
GROCERY SHOPPING:
$150 shopping fee plus the cost of groceries. Send us your list and we will shop for you! Most places have curbside pick up when using their app.
