Cancellation policy

If a reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival date there is NO REFUND. NO CANCELLATION REFUND if booked on ANY special promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing. If canceled 30 days or more before arrival date there is a $500 cancellation fee on all regular priced reservations.

All Log Gables Properties are NON SMOKING

If you smoke in our properties or in garages there is a $2000 cleaning fee that will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card!

Payments Accepted

Deposits/Payments

We require $1000 down payment/deposit due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment or the balance is due a MINIMUM of 4 weeks prior to arrival date. We will need your credit card number and billing address that is listed for the credit card being charged. There is a $25 fee if your credit card is declined. Giving us your credit card for reservations automatically gives Log Gables permission to charge your credit card for any damage that occurs during your stay. The individual that places the reservation is also responsible for all individuals in property and pets during your stay at Log Gables properties.
